My new workout

After my post yesterday I have changed my workout and I wanted to know what do you think about it.
I have only dumbbells and an flat/incline bench. so its the best I could have built according to what I have.
please tell me and inlight me about anything I should change or dont do.

Shoulders/Traps-
1.Arnold Dumbbell Press
2.Cuban Press
3.Seated Bent Over Rear Delt Raise
4.Standing Palms-In Dumbbell Press
5.Dumbbell Shrug
6. Standing Dumbbell Upright Row
+ abs

Tuesday:
Rest

Wednesday:
Chest/Triceps-
1.Dumbbell Bench Press
2.Incline Dumbbell Press
3.Pushups
4.Standing One-Arm Dumbbell Triceps Extension
5.One Arm Supinated Dumbbell Triceps Extension
+ Abs

Thursday:
Run

Friday:
Biceps/Forearms-
1.Cross Body Hammer Curl
2.Hammer Curls
3.Concentration Curls
4.Dumbbell Bicep Curl
5.Palms-Down Dumbbell Wrist Curl
6.Palms-Up Dumbbell Wrist Curl
+ Abs

Saturday:
Back/Legs
1.Bent Over Two-Dumbbell Row
2.One-Arm Dumbbell Row
3.Stiff-Legged Dumbbell Deadlift
4.Dumbbell Squat To A Bench
5.Dumbbell Lunges
+ Run
