my new plan to loose weight

i'm going to walk to college every morning (mon-fri) which is 2 miles, i'm not going to walk back as it's really dark and im always knackerd.

will this help me loose w8??

im 17, just over 6 ft n i weigh just under 15st

what sorta things shall i eat and diet coke is orite to drink aint it?
 
controlling your food is going to be essential if you want to lose weight...

Not sure what you're asking about diet coke but if you spend some time reading around the forum - you'l read that too much diet coke is not good for your body and water is a preferred drink.

Go to the nutrition forum and read the stickied threads there - you will see some ideas of what your calorie consumption should be and what types of food you should be eating.

2 mile walk a day - depending on how fast you walk is a start but you want to read the stickied threads in the exercise forum for ways to improve your exercise...

I think that consistency is very important. You should plan some exercise plan and work it out consistenly. Besides, diet also important. You should choose balanced diet instead of focusing what to eat and what not to eat. This is to ensure your body is nurished and energized.
