Hello, my name is Jeal. Monday I joined a gym, and Wednesday I signed up for a personal trainer. Starting Monday, I will see her two times a week, and she will give me extra workouts two do two extra days out of the week (along with 60 minutes of cardio three days a week). She's also going to make me a meal plan to follow, and check in with all of these things everytime we meet. I'm currently a 162 pounds, 5'4'' female, and want to be 130 pounds. My body fat % is 32 and I want it down to 18.
