eat, eat, and eat...take a good look at LV's grocery list (cause you wanna eat the right things) and try and find (or make) a routine. post it here and we will gladly comment on it and possibly lend our suggestions on where it can be improved. good luck man, trust me you CAN do it...I did. here's hopefully some more motivation. this is a pic of me from....god, almost 4 years ago (but i looked the same up to about almost 2 years ago now...i might have even gotten skinnier, but it works):

Just remember not to listen to the negative criticism (what works for you is whats best), not to believe 100% everything that everyone says (just because it worked for them doesn't mean it HAS to work for you), and finally: DON'T GIVE UP - it's going to be hard, and if you are like i was you are going to be a hard-gainer; it sucks but you can make it work for you.
