Hello! I'm new posting here but have been a lurker for a little while. My highest weight (right after having my 3rd child) was 290. Over the course of 2 years or so, I am now down to 200. It's mostly due the strenuous job I have!
My mental roadblock is that with my pregnancies, I just kept getting more and more stretch marks. While it definitely is due to my weight, my whole dad's side of the family have them, even those who have always been normal weight..I guess just heredity? I have them everywhere from under my breasts allllll the way down and even some on the upper pubic area from being pregnant. I have them around my body on my sides,some on my back, above my butt, on the back of my arms, etc. The little devil in my head keeps saying "Who cares if you lose all this weight..you will be stuck with loose skin all over your whole body! you will never be able to wear the clothes you want even when you are much thinner"..I have tried to convince myself that it's more about my health and not how I look, but i just can't seem to shake this. It has been an issue with me for so long..
