My Measurements.
I will update it every week (those little notes comes from my diary map, the rest I will update later...)

In this weight loss journey
Heaviest Weight: 141 lbs/64 kg (3 December 2008)
Lightest Weight: 119 lbs/53.9 kg (31 March 2009)
Current Weight: 127 lbs/57.5 kg (14 June 2009)
Goal Weight: 99 lbs/45 kg (.................)

Monthly weight-in
0st month, 2 December 2008: 141 lbs, 64 kg
1st month, 2 January 2009: 131 lbs/ 59.2 kg
2th month, 2 February 2009: 127 lbs/57.5 kg
3rd month, 2 March 2009: 123 lbs/55.7 kg (weighed-in on 4th of March)
4th month, 2 April 2009: 120 lbs / 54.4 kg
5th month, 2 May 2009: 120 lbs / 54.4 kg
6th month, 2 June 2009: 124 lbs / 56.2 kg (weighed-in on 3rd of June)

13 January 2009: 127 lbs/ 57.7 kg
20 January 2009: 127 lbs/57.5 kg
28 January 2009: 124 lbs/56.3 kg
3 February 2009: 127 lbs/57.5 kg
11 February 2009: 124 lbs/56.3 kg
Yeah.. I weight the same as two weeks again! Go go go...
18 February 2009: 126 lbs/57.1 kg
Yup, I gained weight again. I haven't been watching what I am eating the last few weeks. I ate too much. I know it, because I feel it on my throat all the excess food I have been eaten. I even went to a chinese restaurant for a few weeks the last two weeks. Although I didn't ate that much there... the food is all oil and fat. WHOA~!~! Now I think about it. I hope to get back to my journey again. I will count my calories from now on and try to do more exercise. I hope to lose 2.4 little lbs, so I can be 55.9 kg. The 55 kg (121 lbs) seems such a long journey. But I know it isn't. If I just get back to track.. I know I can lose weight in stead of gaining weight. Come on... just keep control on your eating..... We will see next week if I can reach it.. Bye for now..

I kept looking on my scale and going to the toilet more to lose some weight... I know it would be water weight.. but I definitely lost fat weight.. Just need some water weight lost to hit the 55.9 kg.. to motivate myself. *ahem*

I could lose more.. In the beginning of the week.. I lost too much. Didn't eat much. Ended up that I was very tired. I didn't feel well, so just ate junk food. Didn't went to the mall for a few days... Should be today. I think I gonna go to mall every Sunday or Monday. I will count every kcal I ate.. Writing the wrong total kcal kost me some lbs.... 54.9 kg (121 lbs) next week pl0x!

24 March 2009: 123 lb/55.6 kg I started this day with my diet again. It goes very well. Hope I can keep this until the end.. =]
31 March 2009: 121 lbs/54.8 kg I stayed below 1450 kcal whole week.... most under 1200 kcal. yeah... It went great... the pounds flew away.... Yesterday morning I weighed myself I was 119 lbs / 54.2 kg. I sticked to my 1200 kcal, but started exercising with rope skipping and pilates which is great!
I started exercising this day with rope skipping and pilates which is great! I finally found my exercise! I did 5 minutes rope skipping and 10 minutes pilates (just starting slowly..)
I weighed myself in yesterday night..... and I weighed 121 lbs/54.8 kg!! Ahhh... I dunno why... This morning I am still around this weight 120 lbs/54.6 kg... I really wonder why.. *sigh* Hopefully it's because my body needs to get used of some exercise which I didn't do before.... =/
8 April 2009: 120 lbs/54.5 kg I haven't done much about my diet since last Friday. Especially the last few days. I think this weight loss is more tears, water weight.... =/ I hope I can start a new fresh start this week. My mother just bought me some really nice clothes which are really really nice. That totally motivates me to do my best and make the best of my diet. I want to be "good looking" this summer.. so that boys can :drool5:.. Lol.. just kidding only my bf...:rofl: xDDD
15 April 2009: 123 lbs/56.2 kg Ate too much ofcourse... little disappointed I didn't lose while I was trying. Just let myself go eating.
21 April 2009: 124 lbs/56.4 kg I went to eat unlimited sushi...... the results are as expected....... I just bought a 5-days-weight care box and I will use it today, Wednesday, till Sunday. I hope this gonna kicks off a new start for my weight loss journey again..... =]
29 April 2009: 120 lbs/54.4 kg I did Weight Care Deluxe (850 kcal a day) for 5 days... It went very well. I was not hungry for most of the time, which I do have with my own low calorie diet.. Today I ate a bunch, just a pause day for me. Didn't went on my scale yet. Tomorrow I will start weight care again. Hopefully another 2 lbs/1 kg=] would be very great.
5 May 2009: 119 lbs / 53.9 kg! Somehow I lose more weight with eating less of normal food than eating less with Weight Care... =/
13 May 2009: 123 lbs/ 55.7 kg I have nothing to say about it.=/ On 5 May I became 55.8 kg and so this week haven't been really dieting.. Start today again. Hopefully it works...
20 May 2009: 125 lbs / 56.6 kg
26 May 2009: 125 lbs/56.5 kg No, I am not really trying to lose weight. I ate around 2500 kcal or even more kcal a day... Sighs... I hope to watch more youtube weight loss videos and going to this forum more to get motivated to lose weight again... One thing is for sure... I would NEVER give up! Yeh!
3 June 2009: 124 lbs / 56.2 kg
11 June 2009: 124 kbs / 56.4 kg I didn't ate that much this week. But I did drink a lot of sweetness... Sigh.. I wonder when I really get back on the rails again. I did succeed to eat less... but the problem was I ate very late in the evening again because the food was right in front of me. Please.... no junk food in house anymore.. T.T
17 June 2009: 125 lbs / 56.6 kg

Ow my goodness!! It's going the wrong way... If I keep doing this.. I would be at the same weight like the beginning! I must stop nowwww.... When will I reach my goal? *sighs*

my weight loss is going great!
i lost almost 20 pounds in 6 weeks
just from eating better and walking religiously
it scares me how easy my body is losing weight atm
im waiting to wake up and see that i havent lost a thing T_T
 
Hey chick!! I wanted to say howdy and good luck on the new 6 week challenge!! Hope fully you can kick some of the weight you gained in the past couple of weeks! YOU CAN DO IT!!

Wow Angela... 20 pounds lost in 6 weeks.. thats really great. The best I did was loosing 10 pounds in a month (4 weeks). So exercise really helps, huh..

Thanks KC.... I really I hope I can continue to lose weight in stead of gaining weight...

I just keep going from 10 lbs lost to 14 lbs lost..
I just got out of this numbers!!! So happy that I logged right in to type my measurements..

I think 21 inches makes more differences than 20 lbs!!!!
