My little tidbit

Sorry if I didn't post this in the right section, I thought this would be the best fitting place since I don't keep a journal :p.

So I joined these forums a few months ago (maybe two?) I don't really remember.

But I read around, took some advice and just got active. There were days where I'd walk up to 5 miles. I stopped eating so much and got control of that.

Since I joined the forums I've dropped from 255 pounds down to 238. I feel great, my self confidence has gone up, my size 36's I have to wear a belt, etc, etc.

I can't wait to keep going on and on! My ultimate goal is to get down to about 175 or 180 pounds. I want to weigh less than my dad :p.

For anyone reading this, just get up and do it, you'll thank yourself in the long run.
