:eek: Hi everyone.. I deleted my last diary because I couldnt change the title. Anyway I will write more after work.. I'm on my way out.. I just have one question .. I have gained 2pounds this week. I thought it was Easter but.. I have been doing so well this week. Whats going on? I have been eating almost perfect and exercising 1hr a day!! :confused:
 
the scale can fluctuate on a regular basis - sodium, fiber can effect what the scale says.

a more important reading - what do your measurements say?

you don't have a lot of weight to lose - and with the exercise you're doing - you might just be building up some muscle...

As already noted, your weight fluctuates on a daily basis in lieu of water, sodium, etc. So try not to focus on the numbers on the scale too much- Try to concentrate on inches and how your clothes feel, the latter of which is usually the best indicator of weight loss. I know I've gained it when my clothes feel a bit tighter...like today!
 
Yeah I feel so good.. but my clothing doesn't fit much better.. a little bit though. I only measure myself once a month so thats coming up this week! We'll see.
 
My diary entry for today consist mostly with our house. We are going to sell it in one year (around the time we get married) and so we have one year to fix it up! Today we started with the basement. The guy who sold Scott (my fiance) the house put up dry wall in the basement the wrong way and it has been leaking rain from behind it. We took all that out today and found the leak! A crack that wasnt filled right beneath the window.
We also went out looking at homes around the area. Found a lot of nice ones.. but we still have 12 months! So we are trying to take it slow. We are really excited and can't wait to get out of this hell hole! (we hate the neighboorhood) just really scary! Anyway it was a good day eating:
Breakfast- scrambled eggs w/ tomato and cheese in a whole wheat wrap (3 pieces of turkey bacon)
Lunch- 1/4 slice of pizza
Dinner- 1 cup of spaghettie
(The reason I left out snacks today was because I very happily woke up at 11AM this morning!) I can't remember the last time I woke up that late! lol it felt so good. and its going to feel so good to have every sat. and sun. off of work now! No more weekends. AHHH _sigh of relief_ now I am rabling.. anyway heading to the shower now!
 
Hi everyone!!! I will probably be busy today so I am getting my entry in for today early. Not much news since I was sleeping all night lol.. but I feel great and looks like I got my new exercise video in the mail last night! I will try it out this morning. I just had breakfast (cereal) I havent had cereal in a month!! But I was sick of eggs again so I switched it up. Its starting to get a little warmer here .. I want to get outside and ride my bike again. 52 degrees today.. but windy. Anyway hope everyone has a great day and I will either be back later or tomorrow!! BYE!!!!

WELL EVERYONE I HAVE TO GO BACK TO WORK AGAIN!! I'm sure most of you do to. So I will be busy again but I will try and get on here everyday and update.. Everyone have a good week!!
 
Well.. happy Tuesday! To whoever is reading this. Its finally getting a little warmer here.. but still chilly. Its like middle fall. I have been doing so awesome on my "lifestyle change" and I couldnt feel better. I sound like a broken record but I don't care! I am headed to work now and hopefully it will be a good day. Tomorrow is the big day. 1 month since I started and I am so anxious to see my measurments and my updated pictures. I will be posting them in the before/after (really not after.. but during!) everyone have a good day!! And eat healthy!!!
