i have a huge problem, im 16, and i wieght 152 and im 5'10''. my left pec is better than my right and my left set of abs are bigger than my right. im right handed so i thought it this ever happened my right would be bigger than my left. i do everything to both sides of my body equally. can anyone explain to me how this happened and why? also how i can fix this.

I just trained the muscles together to let them go as one. No more db bench press or side to side abs just straight up sit ups with weights but do stuff evenly. My arms are kind of out of wack to but my pecs got back to normal after training them as 1.

Dont sweat it. They will catch up. Mine were like this when I was your age as well.

Your still developing.

i do train as one i hardly ever do anything that itsnt together like bench its always with a bar. its just really pissing me off because it looks werid haha

I think everyone has a side that's slightly bigger/stronger, but generally lifters that have been doing it longer are more balanced. And if you are like most people, the person that will notice this most is just yourself.
