Elliptical 15 minutes 110 cals
50 crunches
toning on elliptical 50 cals

Level one hip hop abs

Day three: 8-15-10
Hip hop abs cardio 1 and 2 level 2

Day Four: 8-16-10
10 minutes Elliptical 100 cals
Hip hop abs
arm weights
crunches
back lifts

Protein shake after workout

Day five: 8-17-10
Breakfast: Bowl of Kashi crunch 1/2 banana, 1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 wheat beagle, 1TBS peanut butter

Hip Hop Abs -Ab Sculpt 1and2 level3
Elliptical "cool down" 2.5 minutes 50 cal
Arm weights
crunches
back lifts

protein shake after workout:
ice,1tsp peanut butter,1 scoop powder, 1/4 cup skim milk

How I feel SO Far :) I'm feeling GREAT!!! my energy is up, i'm feeling good about my self i'm proud that i'm sticking with it!!! WA-HOO go MEEE!
