What a great way to keep track of my emotional and physical state through this weight loss journey. Today is the first day I have decided to embark on the Jillian Micahels' 30 Day Shred and it was something I wasn't expecting. I popped in the dvd and thought to myself "20 minutes can't be that bad", but boy was I wrong. I was sweating even during the warmup phase and even quit because I felt like I couldn't go on. As I was washing the dishes disappointed in myself, I decided that I can't keep making up excuses! I had to work out or I'd never do it again. I re-started the dvd and pushed myself until I was done. At the end there was tons of sweat and panting, but I completed it! Let's hope I can keep this up and become a better me in the near future. I am also trying to eat healthier and cut down on snacks. Snacks are my ultimate weakness!
