Hello everybody!


I am Priya from New Delhi(India)

I am in middle of my journey and while browsing i found this site....and i cld relate to it in a big way!

My


Starting weight :80kgs (dec 2010)


Weight at present : 64kgs (oct 2011)


Goal weight :50kgs


You all are great inspiration to me.....i am kinda facing a plateau stage....n its dam irritating pls share your experiences ..how do i get outta it..!

Best way to form your body is to lifting weights and then do some cardio, you should not need to watch the pounds that's a side issue in the fatloss progressions,
rely more on the pictures you take and the mirror. The scale is not as trustworthy and muscles weigh more the more muscle you have the more fat you burn.

I wish you the best in your fatloss journey if you want you can achieve your goal.

But i am facing a plateau which is very irritating....from the past 2 months i am stuck on the same weight..


I am doing strength training but m not able to do more of cardio coz i sprained my ankle i just go for walks...:((


pls suggest something
