Hello all! What's happenin'? So, I'm tired of seeing this round, annoying figure in the mirror! I used to be super thin. TOO thin. But now I've blown up like a balloon, and I'm all bodacious, and ugh, it ain't my style.

I'm trying to bring my body to it's maximum potential by this August or September. This is the VERY beginning of my journey.

Let me tell you, until I took these pictures, I did not know my ass was this big. UGH! Let's get rid of it!



Weight: 175.5
Goal Weight: 125-135 LBS
Height: 5'11"
Bust: 35
Waist: 29
Hips: 42.75
 
You're shape looks really nice! You should have plenty of time to tighten up where you want to be at by August although I think you are pretty beach ready already.

First off... you look good. I can't imagine a description like "balloon" or "big" when I look at you whats so ever. I think you're being much too harsh on yourself and you don't deserve it because you look great.
With that said...
According to the estimated BMI for you, you're basically already a healthy weight. If you go down to the goal that you've set of 125-135lbs at your height of 5'11" you're going to be considered underweight.

Maybe building muscle or toning would be a better option for you instead of losing 50lbs.

Once again... you look good honey. Stop beating yourself up.

And Emerald, thanks, and don't get me wrong, I'd be happy with 140! And toning is a big part of what I want to do. I'm doing Body Rock, and I'll be doing the INSANITY program, once I build up my endurance.

But I used to look like this...



And I was perfectly healthy. So I just want that back, plus toned! If that happens to be over 135, oh well!
 
Really? That's awesome! Isn't Zuzana the best? She's my ultimate inspiration. I want her body!
