My Journey Begins

This is really hard for me to do, but I figure it will help me in the long run..pictures in my bathing suit. I thought this would be best because this is what I will have on for this summer. I haven't yet started my workout, but I plan to do a series of different things just depending what I feel like..I'm going to count calories too. At my heaviest (well my heaviest as far as I know) I was 201 something..almost 202, which was couple months ago or so. That's when I slowly started cutting back here and there and now I'm at 192.0 as of this morning. My biggest challenge is going to be, forcing myself to get up and do it. I will try post pictures weekly or bi-weekly depending how well I do or how well it goes..
