Hi, im a 19 year old male, just under 6 ft tall and 260 pounds...

Ive been strength training on and off for the past year or so and about 4 weeks ago I started doing 4-5 workouts each week and I have decided to go all out and lose some weight. I have been reading, researching, writing down a whole bunch of tips and methods to lose fat...and here is what I have been doing for the past week, and hopefully for many weeks to come.

1. Morning Run. I have a commercial grade treadmill in my basement and am taking full advantage of it. I do 30 minutes of interval training. 10 min warmup, 2 minute moderate sprint...2 minute cool down...2 minute higher intensity sprint...you get the idea.

2. Small frequent meals, making protein the cornerstone of each meal. Also trying to consume as many foods in their natural state as possible. Im aiming for 200 grams of protein each day while keeping fats and carbs to a minimum.

3. Lots of water

4. Based on my experiences with weight training I have designed 2 circuit workouts consisting of various strength training exercises. Looking to do this 4-5 times per week.

5. Every saturday I go mountain biking on some trails. 25 Km long and usually takes me about 2-3 hours depending on how many breaks I take...

Thats basically what Ive been planning on doing. Id like to hear comments/suggestions and would greatly appreciate them.
