Well today I do situps and my arms, I do 20 sit-ups in sets of 8 So i'll do, 20 normal sit-ups, then 20 for each side, 20 "row boats", and 20 fat bruning sit ups. I go through each of those till I've done 8 20's of each. For a normal sit up, I cross my legs in the air and rais my shoulder blads off the ground, hold for one then lower. After I do 10 of those I lower my legs and lift them up in the hair and lower them to where they bearly touch the ground 10 times. I then bend my legs and lift one leg over the other almost like i'm sitting in a chaire. Then I put the opposite hand to the bent leg behind my neck and lift my shoulder blands off the ground trying to touch the opposite knee. Then i do the same for the other side. Then my last ones, I lay down flat and place my hands plam down under my butt. Then I lift my upper body off the ground and pull my legs towards me. Once i'm done with those I turn on my music and finish my 30 minutes with my arm workout. I don't think I would be able to explain that very well lol. It's something I use to do on Dance Team.
Then tomorrow I do 20 lunges for each leg 8 times, Then I lay down on my side and lift my leg up in the air side ways 20times 8 sets. Also you can stand with your legs slightly wider than your shoulders with your feet flat on the ground, Crouch a little then lift one heel. Put it down then lift the other put it down and do 20 of those 8 times. Then if the weather is good I go out and walk for about an hour.There other things do but they are more bounceing around to music and feeling my legs brun lol.
