Firstly I wanna say thanks for the help, tips and motivation so far.

I should have started this blog on Monday when I signed up, but felt a bit shy.

Short term goals (1-2 months):
Lose fat, gain confidence, start felling healthier

Long term Goals (9 months):
I'm looking to lose fat, I want to get rid of the love handles that have appeared in the last few years and get a flat stomach back.
Get rid of the man boobs
Increase confidence
Get my 40 time below 5 seconds (I've had a knee injury)
My bench press to 10 reps at 80kg

Starting weight 98.5kg
40 yard dash 5.5 seconds
Bench press 10 reps at 65kg
 
Current weight 97.4kg
Havent retested anything else

Am real happy so far, my gf had been away for 4 days and noticed a change in my belly already :) :) :)

I've been eating healthy and slightly smaller portions but definetly havent been on a starvation diet. so hopefully I have actuall lost 2lbs in 5 days:)
