Your diary — How it works
The diary is an invaluable aid in reaching your target-weight. Putting your goals in writing will motivate you tremendously in achieving them. That’s the success secret of weight-loss groups — and what works in these groups will work just as well on the Internet.
Try the following tips:
1. Answer these questions before starting your diary.
-- How much weight do you want to lose?
-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
I am 6'1" tall and currently am 93 KG, my initial target is to be under 85 KG and I would conisder it achieved when I would stay under 85 KG for full 3 months , I give myself 3 months to reach there so we will consider a total time of 6 months.
I don't have too much of experiance at it, my focus will be mostly on small changes in lifestyle, initially will start with brisk walks for exercise and small changes in diet.
I will follow up with more detailed program for diet and exercise
-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?
-- How realistic is your goal?
-- When will you start?
(Suggestion: print this page and think about the questions when you have a few moments of peace and quiet.)
My family supports me.
I really don't know about how realistic is the goal but am quite open to take it as it comes as long as I stay the course. Would love to get inputs from vetrans on this one.
Starting from Monday 20th July 2009...

Yes, had done a crash diet (GM diet for 1 week) and walking to lose 6 KGs (93 to 87 KG) in 3 weeks
