Sport my home made breakfast shake

Sport Fitness
1 large banana
10 ounces 1/2% milk
1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter
1/2 cup dry oatmeal
1 package carnation instant breakfast (chocolate for me)
1 scoop of whey protein powder

Put it all in a blender and blend for about 30-45 seconds and drink up.
 
My breakfast shake =

1/2 cup of fat free organic milk
1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp of crazy richards all natural peanut butter
1 tbsp of Udo's Choice Oil Blend
1 scoop of AST VP2 chocolate whey
1 banana
3 ice cubes

It is delicious!
