my hips hurt

allright, i finally pop up 285lb on bench after a few months of training, usually if i have a hard time with weight on the bench i tend to lift my back off the bench and my hips start to hurt and cramp up. how do i prevent that?
 
Scrap the 285lbs number and drop to 200lbs.
Make sure your form is perfect before trying to go up again.

Make sure your whole back is flat on the bench for the entire set.
