my Hello

Hello everyone,

I've registered here as I need a boost with my health & fitness, and I'm hoping that being part of a community such as this will help.

I'm 47, thankfully healthy, not unfit, I probably go the gym about three times a week. I've been consistently exercising for about 15 years now, running, sports, then gym, and always swimming. Never really achieved what I think of as being genuinely fit though. I think diet may be part of the problem, I know I could do better.
Also these days, finding time is an issue.

I'm hoping to get to know some people, pick up advice, and maybe share some too.
