To be honest your starting compleatly from scratch here so its gonna take ages to tell you every thing you need to know. But thats not a bad thing, Everybody starts off knowing nothing at all.

1 - lifting will not stunt your growth. If it were 200years ago at 14yrs and 5'8 you'd be a man.

2 - Before you contunue training you should read up lots, incase your doing anything that may harm you.
Remember that a good body should be -
Muscluar, Low in fat, Flexable and above all you should keep your heart and lungs healthy.

Weight training is just as important as your diet, Arobics (running, swimming, etc...) and streching. Cos with out one of them, you'll loose all the rest.

I recomend you start by investing an a book. I'll PM DEX and ask him to advise you on a book or website.

DEX - what books or website should this guy read? Something not too complicated but is geared to allround fitness and not just one area.
