i still have my man titties but i can flex them make them go up and down (now thats a skill!!) i have a "del mar" aka a home gym, i just do pectorial flys with 150 lbs like 10 reps of that then i slowly take down the weight same on chest presses, also my forarms are almost surpassing the size of my biceps, forearms are 13 inches around and my biceps are 15.5 inches.
just so damn happy cant wait to get back into full time cardio!!!
