Hi everyone! I've been meaning to lose weight for a long long time, but never had the motivation. I'm going into my first year of university and after taking a year off before university, I put on a tonne of weight while working on McDonalds. :mad:

I'm through with McDonalds and I'm through with gaining weight. I've ballooned up to 220 pounds and after being asked to be the maid of honour at my best friends wedding, and since there's two years before the wedding and I haven't seen half of the guests there in three years, I would like to make a splash.

Of course this isnt the only reason I would like to lose weight. I have low self esteem and I know the health dangers of high weight. I have tried before but never with full effort. This is my starting point and I would love to have support from people around me, and I'm sure all of you guys will help me along the way!!

I hope we get to know eachother well! :)
 
Welcome to wlf musical girl. Congrats on getting healthy. What does your eating plan look like? Be patient as you find what works for you.
