Hey so I'm doing the insanity programme making good progress but I'm after some more food ideas? Here's what I eat roughly on a daily basis,can anybody confirm
That this is ok?

Breakfast
Porridge oats with low fat milk

Mid morning snack
Low fat yoghurt and a handful of pistachio nuts

Lunch
A turkey or a chicken sandwich

Mid afternoon snack
Two pieces of fruit

Dinner
Chicken breast with broccoli and mushrooms
Or
Chicken salad

Any help appreciated!!
