My fitness plan - Your opinon

I just started dieting and working out. I do crunches, jog and run up the stairs 200 time every day. I was thinking about adding some stuff and switching some stuff around to make it better and more convinient for me. heres my daily plan:

50 crunches
100 stairs
jump rope
jog
walk..
and maybe yoga

What do you think about it?, how long should I do each one for and what could I do to make it better?

What is your fitness/health goal? Knowing exactly what you are trying to accomplish will allow you to generate a specific, results-producing program. Once you know what you want, factor in how much time each day you have for exercising and eating right. Your goal and what you are willing to do MUST match up.

After reviewing the workout you posted, your program appears to be specifically geared toward aerobic improvements. Is that your goal? If not, reassess your goals and re-design the strategy.

In the post you stated that you just began a diet. What kind of diet and why?
