Hi, my name is Aizad(as per username) and as of right now i'm standing at 93kg or 205 lbs, according to BMI index i'm obese! :O . I've always been overweight all my life, and i think it has had huge impact on my self esteem,my confidence fluctuates from im-feeling-great to im-super-ugly-nooooo almost daily. I hate the way i look and the fact that i wear braces REALLY doesn't help.
The reason why i'm trying to start now is that im going to college next year and i'd really like to look great and be comfortable with myself, especially since i'll be flying all the way to the USA
Anyway, i plan to start with jogs and using dumbells as soon as i get them tomorrow. What other forms of exercise are great to do while not too straining on a newbie?
As for diet, im a bit lost because im asian, in an asian country. So the staple food here is rice and i believe most of the local food isn't really healthy so im still trying to figure a way around that. What are some great foods that are filling? And preferably fast to eat, i love convenience you see
