karky - Its a yoga pose

I love that pose it really grew on me after I got started.
g8r80 - all good advice. Camera problems that developed right after I had my girlfriend start taking my 90 day pictures prevented me from getting a good identical pose as the before pose. Ticked me off but oh well, I still like the comparison that I have. I love the word brawny. In this instance if I hadnt used such a subjective term it would have been a boring way to describe how I feel about my results. Plus I like the way "scrawny to brawny" sounds. Say it outloud it aint bad
Here is a picture of the same yoga pose at day 30, you can see from day 30 to day 90 huge gains in the same pose.
flyinfree- "check out those lil green light thingys those are cool man, real cool"
LoL arent those awesome? That was taken at my girlfriends apartment. Those green light thingys are there year round.
Chillen - thanks man! The routine was constantly changing to prevent muscle adaptation which explains the continous gains. My goals now are to keep the gains going a little more and then to maintain. All the while I want to try new thing. Just this week I started olympic ring training. Who knew I'd be doing that but after p90x I feel I can do anything. The diet was really cool because I got to enjoy eating still. The firs phase focussed on more protein intake to stay anabolic. The second phase leveled out the three macronutrients a bit more. The third phase of the program had me incrase my complex carbs a great deal to that of an athletes diet so that I would have the energy levels to get the most out of my workouts. The workouts just about kill you but they leave you feeling like an olympian (after you're done feeling like you're going to throw up haha). Good stuff.
To everyone else, thanks for the compliments and all the silly comments this seems like a fun place to start hanging out at if I am going to interact with others into fitness and nutrition.
