Hey sounds intesting,

The other day I was searching the internet at secret recipes.com because I was looking up the old favorite 'Orange Julius' and a couple of the recipes said to use instant vanilla pudding- then I light went off- so I bought the instant pudding that was fat free and sugar free and decide to put it in my protein shake, it was great and made it a bit thick . I don't know if this been suggested before because there is a lot of forums out there I just didn't have time to see if its been written already.
Hope I wasn't repeating anybody's recipe.
Anything that combines L-glutamine, berries, another kind-of fruit (pineapple, mango, and peaches work well), fat-free, organic soy milk, whey or soy protein powder, and a bit of OJ tastes good.
Made this smoothie the other night and I have to say, that it is the best smoothie I have made on my own. I gave it a complete scoop of the vanilla whey and I didnt even notice it.
Excellent smoothie! I make it about twice a week for 2 meals. I use mixed frozen berries and banana, and some sliced almonds. The abs diet is a good book for "health nut" beginners.
