A chicken breast that is baked to perfection. About 45 minutes without the skin.


Brocolli that is steamed with ms dash.

You can add tostinos cheese. It only has 40 cals for two tablespoons.
Or is you are craving potatoes. Make some steamed cauliflower and add the chesse. :)
