My Diet/Exercise

Hey guys! For a couple of days, I have been trying to make up a good diet/exercise for my body. So, here it is. Please tell me your comments.

7:00 AM - 1 cup of tea (1 teabag, 1/5 cup of 1% milk, 1 tsp of sugar)

Then, from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, I go to high school (I'm 14 by the way). During the school day, I walk from class-to-class and have gym (we are doing lacrosse too) every other day.

2:05 PM - I come home from school and eat lunch. I am Indian so I eat sahk (fried vegetables basically), 2-3 thin rotlis/bhakris (thin, wheat tortillas), and 1 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios.

2:45 PM - I have a 10 lb dumbell that I use to do bicep curls . I do them for 10 - 15 minutes straight (10 sets of 12) then I take a 1-2 minute break and work my triceps for about 5 minutes. And then some more biceps curls (10 minutes again). So, I basically work out for 20 - 30 minutes every day.

7:00 PM - 1 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios OR some other types of snacks.

I know this is a low calorie diet and is not the healthiest way to lose weight but if anyone could give me any advice on my weight lifting and/or diet, I would appreciate it.

Tea isn't a meal
No protein at breakfast
No breakfast at all
No protein at all?
No good fats
Way too little of everything
You're diet is extremely bad, seriously read some stickies or something..

You workout far too much
All those stupid isolation exercises will get you nowhere

So basically:
You're eating crap, eating far too little, exercising far too much, exercising bad (I mean the dumbell, lacrosse is fine)

You're in starvation mode while loosing all the muscle you have.

Xenth - What do you mean I exercise too much and my exercise is bad? Will I build any muscle by exercising the way I do now?

Not anything noticable no, especially not with this diet, you're actually loosing muscle day by day now.

You really should join a gym instead of doing those stupid isolations all day long.

What about a veggie biryani? It's low in fat, has good fiber and a decent amount of protein. To limit the carbs, you could limit your portion of rice, and to add protein, add chicken (or if vegetarian, tofu or seitan).
