my diet and loosing weight goal.. please hlp

I know this is a big goal but I would like to loose at least 15+ pounds by the end of the summer. I really need some help on some recipes that doesn't taste bad. I also need any help from excerices that reduces the fat from the stomach, love handles, and thighs. If someone could give me any ideas of which videos to purchase, special excerices, and recipes I would really apprieciate it

Well, first of all, what kind of work outs do you currently do? Cardio? Weights? All of that will come into play. The easiest way to lose fat FAST is cardio- but lifting is important too, and of course diet. Low calorie, low-fat recipes are all over the internet. If you are interested in a new work out, I can recommend a great book that includes diet and exercise routines..let me know.
