so this is my first entry. hello everyone im rose. I have always been an athlete and physically fit. However, about a year ago I let all my troubles destroy me. I went from a healthy 125lbs with a BMI of 17 down to 115lbs and BMI of 7. Then I became very rebellious and stopped exercising completely and gorging myself on unhealthy foods. I gained 35lbs in 4 months and I am currently at 153 with a BMI around 23.
I take full responsibility of my poor behavior and I have been focusing on getting back to my healthy body since April. Its been about 7 months and I haven't lost any of the weight, rather I have gain some muscle.
I really need to get healthy again. I just want to lose 25 of the 35lbs.
I just started a fitness program designed by Jillian Micheals called "making the cut". Its a 30day fierce workout regimen and controlled diet. It says one can lose 10-20lbs and thats what I hope to do.
Todays workout was a bit demanding. Im just not used to some of the exercises and so my body was a bit weak. I felt like i was going to throw up during my routine. I felt so sick. But it was only the first day. I know my body will adjust eventually.
I am also following a specific diet. The foods will be basically what i normally eat its just the portions and the timing that might be a challenge. (i kinda have a habit of just grazing all day)
well i hope to lose these extra pounds and tone up real nice. ill keep you posted.
