I have started many times i change my life around to stop following the path that has been laid by my family and the poor habits i got from them.
It's hard to do this alone. I lose motivation one day i'm all about it next whats the point?

I'm 22 years old. I'm 180 cm a weigh 130kg. I have always been active in my life prior to rupturing my ACL playing sport in August 2017. I'm trying to get my life on track, i don't want to lose my life before it starts. I lack information and ways to lose weight. I don't know what i should be eating, when and how much? I'm still quick active my cardio isn't too bad considering my size. But i'm not happy. I'm a major fan of the martial arts and have taken up kickboxing in the last couple months. But my goal is to one day have at least one fight. Kind of like a bucket list thing. But there is no way i can compete at this size and on going knee issues. I believe my ongoing knee issues due to my ACL repair could be solved if i lost some weight.. I'd love to say i want to be 80-90kg but thats so far out of reach at the moment and i don't seem to be hitting any small goals. I need help, just someone to talk to. What i should be doing and i want to see results. This is hard time in my life.

Welcome to the forum, your goals are achievable and it is possible to recover from serious knee injuries, What does your current diet and exercise consist of ?

My exercise is I walked about 1km to and from every second day and monday wednesdays and fridays I do kickboxing for 2 hours.

My diet is very inconstant often missing breakfast unless I'm working poor eating times and diet full of carbs and over eating

One of the keys to ft loss is constancy, are you tracking your food ? tracking can help you become more consistent.
