Welcome to the forums. I know how frustrating it can be to gain weight back. I had lost weight after having a baby and I got pregnant again and gained a lot of weight. Now I'm trying to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and it's hard. Don't be too hard on yourself. You are doing something now to lose the weight. That's the important thing. Hi there! I can relate to the frustration over re-gaining. Glad you are back on the exercise wagon, and recognize how SUPREMELY important it is. I wonder if you are tracking your eating at all, or have any sort of plan in that regard? Even something as basic as calculating your calories and counting them. You can do it for free with help at fitday.com.
