I have started watching my caloric intake...sometimes it seems to be higher in Fat, Protein, and carbs, does it matter where calories are coming from on occasion to have a fatty food? I seem to be sticking to a 1500 to 2000 calorie a day deal and I feel good about it. Since I started dieting I look at nutrition info alot closer and realized how bad some foods are for a person..trying to convince wife to join me in my goal. Went to Y today and got a membership, a little motivation I think will help her. I am going to try to make a consistent effort to post everyday, for my own inspiration and motivation, but also to maybe encourage anyone else that may be thinking of doing something about their weight loss. I Use to smoke alot, quit COLD TURKEY, started to put on a few pounds then, mostly started when I changed to a 2nd shift job, bad eating habits I guess. Hopefully I can continue to eat better when I go back to work in august. It's gonna be a rough few weeks for me after May 3rd, 4-5 days in hospital, up to 3 mos recovery, so be thinkin of me, and I'll thank everyone in advance. Till later......Dustin
