my day..

this is what i do every other day..please tell me if im overtraining or anything..

i go to the gym (boxing) and hit the heavy bag speed bag shadow box and some sparring..then about an hour later i go home and hit the weights for about 45 mins..a few friends said this is too much ..is it?
is there anything i can eat to keep me from losing muscle or something before or inbetween my 2 workouts?
