My Day 3

Ok I did good again today!
Breakfast was one piece of toast, with jam and some coffee

Lunch was a Ceiser Salad, more coffee,
snack one banana

Dinner one taco
water

I have also done my treadmill all three days I go two miles doing a fast walk or slow jog.

sure you are getting atleast 1200 calories? Tammy
 
I'm not sure

I'm probably not, I've always been one to hate counting calories.
I'm just trying to be mindful of what I do eat and not eat too much. I guess I should try to make sure I get enough calories so I don't end up feeling deprived. Thanks for the suggestion.
