Well here we go !

My current weight is 252 . Im 5 feet 11 inches !
My goal is to drop 30 to 40 pounds by xmas.
I would like to be down to 160 by June 2009

Im changin my eating habits and starting with just veggies and fruit intakes to detox my body for a while! And get use to eating good again!
I will be walking 30 mins 3 times a week for the start and then I will get a
gym membership and be doing more once I start to feel better !

Today :

Breakfast : 1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of bananas


Lunch : 2 cups of lettuce, cucumber, celery and carrot with a low cal dressing


Supper: 2 cups of salad and 2 cups of fruit

Snack : 1 cup of califlower and broccoli !


Excerise today :
Didnt get to walk but i did 10 loads of laundry and that would consist of the stairs about 40 times up and down !
 
Hi, welcome to the forum.

Your food intake is kinda scary, I hope your not planning to do that for very long. You really need to add in some calcium for your health's sake, and protein, or you will be losing lean body mass.

Why did you decide to do a detox?
