my daily routine

Hi all

i am a 44 year old bloke 5'9' and 90 kgs

this is my daily routine

wake up & have a coffee @ 11:00

12:30 have two slices of brown bread toasted with peanut butter

14:00 perform 10 x bicep curl, 10 x lifting weight out front, 10 x lifting weight to the side all X 3 with 8kg weights

then 10 steps on one leg then 10 steps on another leg X 3


17:00 do the same again

17:40 have what ever i want for a meal but on a small plate with no cakes etc. usually consists of soup and meat / white rice and some sort of veg


20:00 do the same routine again

22:00 another two slices of bread and peanut butter

23:15 same exercises again

00:10 a bowl of corn flakes

i am fine with what i do is there any tweaks i can perform I am not looking to be the next decathlon or arnie
