My daily intake/exercise diary. Starts Nov 2nd

I will be posting exactly what I eat throughout the day and what times I do so. I will also be posting my workout routine here. 1st post will be on the evening of the 2nd of November and I hope to keep this until I weigh in at 180lbs (current at 228lbs)

Hi all, I havent been posting what my intake since I first posted :( But i have been writing it down. Anyways yesterday went back (no exercise and bad diet :( ) but I weighed in today and am at 225lb (3 lbs lower). Since I posted I have done 30 mins of cardio, Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Sunday (1st,2nd,3rd,5th)

I will for sure start posting my intake daily starting tomorrow (I just ate pizza and feeel really bad..)

stay motivated!The 1st couple day's are always the toughest
