Current weight/date: 213 lbs-Dec 21, 2006
Target Weight/goal date: 164 lbs-April 2007

Current Mini goal: Lose 10lbs before Jan 2, 2006

Currently Need advice on Atkins diet as I am planning to start that one tomorrow.

Need Advice on good exercise techniques, I have been walking at least a mile a day.

Current activties for today: None

Planned Activites: 1/4 Jog, 1/2 mile walk.

Good luck with the Atkins. That's one of those things that never really appealed to me. Any diet where they tell me I can't have something is just begging to over eat that thing.

Good luck! And congrats on what you've done so far! Almost 60 pounds in 3 months is fantastic!
 
Thank you, some of that weight loss is due to stress, but mainly eating less and exercising :D thanks for the support, its great, I should have joined here earlier. :D
 
+Basically I love atkins you lose your cravings and are never hungry! The fat melts off faster than the scales show actually! But I lost 16 pounds in 3 weeks first time and 8.2 in 2 weeks the second time! I think getting the book is a great idea because little things in there are betterand explained betterthan I can but feel free to letme know if you have any questions missjellybelly is on it as well you can check out our diaries and we have a recipie thread as well!
 
well I went out and brought my food to start my atkins today, loads of meat and eggs and cheese, Since I have the first two weeks "detox" I wont be drinking anything but water( ever again as it is) no fruit or veg and 20 g of carbs a day.

I am hyped, I got my little vitamins and fish oil tablets. Lets see how this works, I have picked my weighing day as thursdays. :D I am excited.
