So here is my ugly self, yuck! Anyways, feeling pretty damn positive about this weight loss, just cleaned up the diet, doing FBW 3 days a week, other 3 days are 20 min interval training with the Couch to 5k. Hope to add more cardio in the future. Just on my second week so in two weeks will up pics for that month mark, if there is any diff at all

Apologies for the crappy quality, my phone is all I have at the moment :/

I'm 5 foot 11 ish, just a tad off of 6ft if it matters

Hey bro, Im rooting for ya!

I'm also 5'11 and was at 260lbs. So I can relate to you. Keep up with the cardio and make sure you include strength training. Its very crucial to have strength training in your routine because not only it makes you look mean and lean but when your resting your muscles are actually burning calories! Remember one thing, you may not see results soon but its those small steps that take you to your eventual milestone. :)

Keeping a positive outlook on things can make all the difference! It may get difficult at times, but remember that you can always find support here. This is a great forum!

A little Jog

I am doing some jogging on my trampoline a few times a week. I can say I feel more energetic. Liz
