hey all im almost 26 years old and weight 64 kilos im 5 foot 8 and have a heigh matabolisom its like what ever i eat i dont put on weight...
i would like to put on weight and alot of muscle but dont know where to start and what to do ... i own a gym set and am thinking about buying protein powder and setting my self a diet but i dont know what the diet should have in it and do not know what portein powder would be good for me ... like i said i wanna put on body mass and muscle ... i atleast wanna be 80 kilos at 26 years of age not 64

You are not putting on weight because you are not eating enough in contrast to what your activity level is. One that is healthy and without any health issues CAN gain weight. It takes EDUCATION on how to do it, and the desire to go out an earn it.
Remove the word CANT from your vocabulory. Believe me when I tell you I have more going against me at 46 than you do at 26. Wake up the
