My Complete Life Change!

I have always been overweight. I loved food far to much.

I'm 23, 6ft 2 and just finished University, I've moved back with the parents to sort my life out and this has been a blessing in disguise. The first few weeks I was home I ate.. ALOT. Put on around about half a stone pretty quickly and just wasn't happy with my self.

But it's been 3 weeks now into my new completely changed life and I'm down 6 pounds (more than that now since my weigh in is on a wednesday and this is a monday).

I've completely changed my life, I did a test week where I started to cut down and eat in moderation, eating the occasionally sweet and stuff but then for some unknown reason I decided to bugger it all and go the full hog and just cut out crap from my diet completely.

The thing is I don't even care, I don't have cravings for chocolate anymore. This past saturday I even had a 'treat' and I just didn't enjoy it.

I started at 252 pounds and I am now down to 246. (Until Wednesday)

I've recently started pushing my self with my exercises, 30 minutes cycling building up a nice sweat and then onto the rowing machine for around 10 minutes. By this point I am exhausted, but will occasionally throw in a couple of cheeky sit ups.

I don't really have a exact goal, just to loose weight. I'm hoping by about 190 pounds I'll be at the right weight but I'll assess that when I come to it.

I have had a idea of creating weekly vlogs on youtube, showing what I'm eating through out the week and having something I can always look back on and be proud of my progress.

We have a channel on youtube that you can upload videos onto if you like :)

Here is the thread (it's not used very much!) http://weight-loss.fitness.com/t/48763/wlf-video-blogs-by-wlf-users

And here is the channel : http://www.youtube.com/user/UsersOfWLF?feature=mhee

If you'd like the Password and stuff to get on it and can't find it on the thread then give me a PM :)

I've just graduated too but not moved back home--3 years of eating crap has had its effect! Good luck!

Awesome! Not to crave chocolate I can't imagine i'm so addicted to chocolate. Hey run with it while you are enjoying not having the cravings!!!!! Welcome!

I'm not used to this. The internet being nice :p

Ah thank you. I'll have a look at it. I probably won't have a video until next wednesday, going to start filming tomorrow I think and see how it goes.

I haven't had the cravings for nearly 4 weeks now. It's fantastic, hopefully it'll keep up, that's what used to let me down when loosing weight.

So weigh in day today and I've lost 2 pounds this week, which brings my weight down to 244. If I'm honest I was hoping for more as I've really worked at it this week but progress is still progress.

Going to take a rest day today, I'm aching from my shoulders down to my ankles. But it is worth it, my shoulders are starting to look more and more defined.
