i'm new here , and i decided to begin doing exercises at home and i want to know

what are the best exercises can build my chest and shoulders in a short period of time ? or quickly

cuz i want to improve my upper body as a begining

i have here 2 dumbbelles , chin up

but i want to know the best exercises to start

The best thing you can do is do alot of reading, If you really want exercises then ExRx (Exercise Prescription) on the Net has a database.

Is joining a gym out of the question because you would benifit way more with a ballanced routine and proper advice from trainers.
