Hello everyone and thanks for this great Forums!
My name is Jose. I'm 29 years old. I'm 1.82 metres. I put on around 25 kgs in the last 3 years and I'm afraid it wasn't extra muscle mass. I got from 85kgs to 110 kgs and loss A LOT of fitness and mobility. I reached the point to got tired very easily if I need to run and felt unconfortable with my stomach size. I decided that enough is enough!!
Since last week I started a new lifestyle. Stopped eating sweets, very fat products, alcohol, bread, etc... and started to eat soups, salads, fruits, fish, sushi... and drinking water and smoothies. Also I started to run on a treadmill. I have since last week not only stopped my weight gain but also LOST already 2 kgs! Also I feel I can breath better and feel "lighter".
I appreciate that my task is not as hard as some fellow Forum users that have an even bigger margin of weight loss to achieve in their targets, but I still would love all the advice and encouragment you guys could give me throughout my journey to lose weight to 85kgs and improve my overall fitness level.
I post here my pictures with 110 kgs (see atachments please). I hope to post the first pictures of my "improvement" in about two weeks. Thank you for reading.
