Sport My bulking diet! ~ New member

Hey, My names Craig from the UK and I am 18 years old, 6ft tall and weight 67kg.
I am looking to bulk to as much as I possibly can over the course of the next 6-12 months for rugby training.

My average diet plan for the day

1) Cereal w/semi skimmed milk
2) tuna sandwich (whole tin - 25.0g protein) on whole meal bread
3) Baked potato w/ baked beans and tuna (half tin)
4) Pre work out shake - PhD synergy
5) Post work out shake - PhD synergy
6) Lean chicken breast/fish w/ green veg eg. brocolli, string beans, peas etc.

And then Ill usually snack on almond nuts whenever I feel like I wanna during the day.

Has anyone got any reccomendations for me that would help me out? Ive heard serving of flax oil and glutamine may help. Thanks!
