My Body So Far.

Im a boy aged 14 years old, birthday is in a few weeks.

Atm i weigh 73kg (161lbs), i have lost around 10lbs already.

Looking at my body how many more lbs should i lose till i get rid of all that fat?

(I want a good body). (To be able to see my six pack :hurray: )
 
At your age, I really wouldn't concentrate on a number. Your metabolism is still getting used to adolescence so it's more important to your health to focus on athletic goals. For example, if you can run two miles comfortably, work up to three; if you can do 10 pushups, work up to 15 or 20.
 
AI know I need to lose weight, if I'm trying to lose weight than I would like to know how much weight I've lost. so your saying I shouldn't keep on losing about 1.5lbs a week and just run for longer, and longer till I reach my goal?
 
Yeah, I mean, it's just my opinion but I think if you're under 18, and not seriously overweight (which you are not), don't focus on weight loss as much as on developing healthy patterns of eating and exercise. See what your doctor says, or maybe consult a coach at your school for weight loss, but again, you don't appear to have much weight to lose, so I think if you did strength calisthenics like pullups and pushups and planks, coupled with aerobic exercise and healthy eating, you'd be happy where you end up. But the number son the scale may not be the best measurement.
 
AI had a personal trainer at the gym for a few weeks and told me loads of excercises and i follow them, I've been to the gym 5/6 times this week, and started eating healthy foods a few months ago and everyday I probably eat ünder 1600 calories, i feel full up aswell. I understand what your saying but I'm gonna keep on taking my measurements as well as all the things you said
 
AAt your age I would advise you to quit the gym, just stick to eating healthy and play lots of sports.

Your body is still growing so you might be at the exact weight that your are supposed to be in a few years. I know this from experience, as one that was obese for most of his life I weighed in at 75kg at the age of 12-13. If I were to stay at that weight by the time I reached the age of 17-18, I would have been at my ideal weight.

My height now is 178cm (5"10)
