i'm a newbie! so... i'm 20 years old (but only for 17 more days!!), 5'2" at around 145lbs. I've always been a little chubby, so I'm looking to get down to 115 or so. i'm reeeeeaaally not understanding my body, so if someone can help, i would REALLY appreciate it. so, my freshman year in high school i played sports (skiing and soccer) and i weighed around 145. by the time i was a senior i had dropped the sports and i was down to an "unhealthy" 125 because i wasn't exercising and was only getting around 700-800 calories a day due to my ridiculous senior-year schedule (4 AP classes, officer in a bunch of clubs, lead in school play, yeah i was pretty crazy). i definitely burned out after i graduated and have been taking it easy for the last few years, picked up sports again, and i'm back up to 145 and i've been this weight for a year and a half. here's what's confusing me, though: when i was 145 my freshman year i didn't notice a change in my body when i dropped to 125 my senior year. my clothes fit exactly the same! my clothes still fit even when i came back up to 145 a year and a half ago. no difference at all! but a few months ago, maybe around may, my clothes stopped fitting. it didn't even seem gradual! it's like i put my pants in the wash one day, washed them like usual, and when i put them on again they didnt button. and all my t-shirts stopped being long enough to cover my midriff! i don't understand!!! does this make sense to anyone? is it my metabolism or something? or am i just going crazy?:jump: HELP!

P.S. ignore the apostrophe in the title.

it's pretty old, but I'll still answer :)

I think you gained muscles in exchange to fat, and that's why your clothes fit :)

Still, your numbers show that you're doing GREAT progress, so I just want to commend you and wish you to keep it up! :p

btw. on your pictures - you're HOT
